Dutch Country Patio products are made to order and normally ship within approximately 2 weeks. Production times may vary depending on the craftsmen's current workload.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Made-to-order, custom, personalized, and special-order products are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once production has begun, except in cases of verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours.
