Both the Relax Silver Elite and Relax Black Pro saunas use the same patented dual FIR (Far Infrared) conductor system, meaning the core heating elements and infrared output are identical in both models.

The Silver Elite Sauna has a highly durable fabric tent that effectively reflects far infrared energy but retains less heat compared to the Black Pro model. It is designed for long-term personal and family use and can handle multiple users per day with ease.

Shipping & Delivery
Relax Far Infrared products typically ship within 48 hours and are generally shipped via FedEx. A $50 shipping and handling charge applies to sauna orders. Shipping is available to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States only. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier schedules.

Returns & Refunds
Relax Far Infrared products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the shipping date with prior authorization. Certain opened or gently used returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or a $100 restocking fee for saunas and the Sky Eye Lamp, as applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns.
Cancellation requests must be made the same day the order is placed and before 5:00 PM EST. Once shipped, the order is subject to the applicable return terms.
