Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated total delivery is approximately 5–9 business days for parcel shipments and 8–21 business days for freight or oversized items.

Orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping on eligible parcel products. Orders under $40 are subject to a $12.95 standard shipping charge. Oversized, furniture, and freight-shipped products may have additional delivery charges as shown on the product page or at checkout.

Freight deliveries may require an appointment and are generally curbside only unless otherwise stated. Delivery estimates may vary by product, warehouse availability, destination, and carrier scheduling.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Items must be in their original condition with original packaging and applicable tags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved non-defective returns. No restocking fee applies to eligible House of Zazla returns. Custom, personalized, Final Sale, and products designated as Non-Returnable are not eligible for return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items to Cooking Appliances Direct within 48 hours.
