Electronic Ignition (EI)

The electronic ignition system provides convenient ignition and operation without manual lighting. Electronic configurations are available with either 120VAC or 24VAC power requirements, depending on the selected system.

The fire bowl does not include concealed propane tank storage. Any required external propane tank must be positioned and connected according to manufacturer instructions and applicable codes.

Shipping & Delivery

HPC Fire lightweight concrete fire bowls are made to order. Orders of 1–2 fire bowls typically ship within 2–5 days, while orders of 3 or more may require up to 10 business days before shipment. Freight transit generally takes an additional 7–10 days. Estimated delivery for orders of 1–2 bowls is approximately 2–3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Returns & Refunds

HPC Fire lightweight concrete fire bowls are made to order but may qualify for return within 30 calendar days of the shipping date. In-stock or ready-to-ship products have a 30-day return window measured from the invoice date.

To qualify for a non-defective return, the fire bowl must be new, unused, and in resalable condition. Fire bowls that have been burned, fired, or operated are not eligible for return. Any included fire media, including fire glass or lava rock, must remain in its original unopened bags or packaging.

All returns require prior authorization from Cooking Appliances Direct. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping or freight costs.
