The Aurora Gourmet Griddle is a different tool than a grill, not a replacement for one. Where grates cook over direct flame and let drippings fall away, the 3/8-inch stainless steel surface holds and spreads heat evenly across the full plate — ideal for eggs, fish, smash burgers, stir fry, pancakes, and anything else that wants full contact with a hot, even surface.
540 square inches of cooking area, 45,000 BTU, and IPI electronic ignition for reliable starts. Fits the same 32-inch cutout as the A540i and drops into any Fire Magic Aurora outdoor kitchen island. Built from 304 stainless steel in Huntington Beach, California — pair it alongside a grill and give your outdoor kitchen real range.
